This site is owned and operated by Rockworks. Please read the following terms conditions carefully. By accessing and making orders on this site you are agreeing to the terms and conditions that appear below.
These terms and conditions apply only to the use of The Rockworks Store website. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions do not use this website.
All orders can be placed online through this website. Please do not e-mail your card details; we cannot be responsible for the security of your details if given this way. All orders are subject to availability.
You can pay with most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and Maestro, we also accept payment via Paypal.
The Rockworks Store can take no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on the website. Orders submitted without complete information cannot be processed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.
Out of Stock
If you have chosen an out of stock item you will be contacted via your phone number or e-mail address and given an estimation of delivery times. If you have ordered several items and we are able to dispatch only part of the order we will call or e-mail you to inform you of the position.
The Rockworks Stores products are priced in pounds sterling, prices include VAT at 20%. VAT is chargable on P+P
All orders over £50 will be delivered free of charge to UK mainland addresses.
We currently only deliver overseas / outside UK by request only, please contact us if you wish to do this so we can quote additional postage.
Return of goods
If for whatever reason you would like to return an item for an exchange or return you can do so within 30 calendar days of arrival, providing the goods reach us in a condition suitable to be sold as new. If the item being returned is faulty or simply not the item ordered you will be reimbursed for the delivery costs.
Please be aware that under no circumstances are we unable to accept returns of any item of safety equipment, unless deemed to be faulty.
For non-faulty goods we ask that you please notify us that you would like a return within 14 days, after which we must be in receipt of the goods within a further 14 days.

We aim to meet The Distance Selling Regulations and subject to the provisions of our returns policy above, every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving the goods.

We are also PCI compliant.
Rockworks Climbing holds and stores certain information about you. For example, it holds information related to your visit to this site such as which pages you visit, how often you visit and information you specifically provide to enable you to receive a particular service.

Climbing is a dangerous activity
Climbing is a potentially dangerous activity with a possibility of personal injury or death. There is no substitute for proper training and instruction in current climbing techniques and practices. There is a strong emphasis within the sport of climbing on personal judgement and careful evaluation of all situations and of all equipment used. You accept full responsibility for the use of any item or equipment purchased from Rockworks Limited and any consequences arising from its use (including the use of any information contained or displayed on the website)
