These terms and conditions apply only to the use of The Rockworks Store website. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions do not use this website.
OrderingAll orders can be placed online through this website. Please do not e-mail your card details; we cannot be responsible for the security of your details if given this way. All orders are subject to availability.
Payment Method:You can pay with most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, VisaElectron and Maestro. If you want to pay by cheque or postal order please ring or e-mail to arrange, we may wait for a cheque to clear before dispatching goods.
The Rockworks Store can take no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete details submitted on the website. Orders submitted without complete information cannot be processed. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.
Out of StockIf you have chosen an out of stock item you will be contacted via your e-mail address and given an estimation of delivery times. If you have ordered several items and we are able to dispatch only part of the order we will e-mail you to inform you of the position.
PricingThe Rockworks Stores products are priced in pounds sterling, prices include VAT at 20%. VAT is chargable on P+P
DeliveryWe currently deliver overseas / outside UK at request only, please contact us if you wish to this so we can quote additional postage.
All orders over £100.00 will be delivered free of charge to UK mainland addresses. Orders below this value are charged at £6.00 delivery
Typically orders should arrive within 3 to 4 (working) days via Fastway , DHL or Royal Mail. We undertake to keep you informed of variations to the stated delivery times.
Return of goodsGoods can be returned for a full refund including delivery charges if they are faulty or simply not the item ordered within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, but are unwanted due to their description on the website being incorrect or misleading, then they can be returned for a refund including delivery charges within 14 days of receipt of goods.
If the goods are returned for any other reason the carriage charges will not be refunded which will be either £4 for standard delivery or £8 for express depending on which option was chosen at time of purchase. Please note: returned goods must be unused, have the original packing and accompanied by the original invoice or delivery note. This does not affect you statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase of goods will be credited with the original purchase amount less any delivery and handling fee where appropriate.
Cancellation PolicyWe aim to meet The Distance Selling Regulations and subject to the provisions of our returns policy above, every customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Climbing is a dangerous activity
Climbing is a potentially dangerous activity with a possibility of personal injury or death. There is no substitute for proper training and instruction in current climbing techniques and practices. There is a strong emphasis within the sport of climbing on personal judgement and careful evaluation of all situations and of all equipment used.
