The Ganda is the result of a long and intensive research, development and testing process to produce an ultra technical approach shoe.  Board lasted at the rear and slip lasted at the forefoot the Ganda really is half climbing shoe and half approach shoe. The removable insoles and lacing system, which extends down through the toe box, are both features which allows the wearer to shift effortlessly from horizontal to vertical terrain. This multipurpose shoe solves the ever present comfort v. weight and space dilemma when filling your pack for a big adventure. 

La Sportiva have applied their ergonomic concept to the manufacture of this shoe making every pair a perfect fit. The design of the upper, form and sole case combined with the light and flexible leather means the shoe literally molds to the specific shape of the users foot. The Vibram dot rubber and the raised forward surface of the sole ensures excellent grip and precision on small holds when climbing.

The sole has been designed to be easily resoled - testament to the longevity expected from this beautifully crated shoe.

Uppers: Full grain leather + waterproof suede leather + rubber micro-fibre inserts.
Lining: Micro-fibre anti-perspirant.
Midsole: 3D injected PU with special Rock Guard insert.
Sole: New Vibram dot rubber compound. Easy to resole.
